Scott is the owner of a commercial insurance agency which focuses on investment real estate. They offer same day proposals and have the facilities to issue immediate documents for a real estate settlement. They place all properties on a single policy and allow the investor to add and delete properties as they buy and sell them. Their staff of 20 is located in a former factory building which is now luxury offices in Manayunk. The staff includes CPA’s, MBA’s and degreed risk managers. Prior to the insurance business, Scott was an accountant.

Joseph is in the field of real estate development and management. His company, AAA Development and Management specializes in quick service retail type properties. Some of their properties include Dunkin’ Donuts, COSI and Sylvan Learning Centers. Joseph and his wife Joni have three children. His son, Fred, is an attorney associate with Latham and Watkins in New York. His daughter, Shelly, is in the family business and lives with her husband Marcus and daughter Alison. Daughter Jaymee is currently a nursing student.

Marcel has a diverse practice in which he counsels clients on government relations, real estate, business and corporate matters, family and municipal law. Marcel has served on the Appellate Court Procedure Rules Committee of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court since his appointment in 2004. That same year he was elected to serve as a member of the Democratic National Committee. Marcel has been active in politics in Bucks and Montgomery County for 30 years, having served as chair of the Montgomery County Democratic Committee since 1994, and finance chair of the Bucks County Democratic Party. He also served as a member of the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee since 1994. Marcel is a graduate of Temple University and Temple University Law School. He was selected as a “Super Lawyer” by Philadelphia Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine (2006, 2007). In February of 2008, he was named one of PA’s 100 Most Influential by the Pennsylvania Report.

Sandi is the President of The Abstract Company which she established over 20 years ago. She started The Abstract Company when she discovered a need in the industry for a small company that could offer detail oriented service to its clients. The Abstract Company’s clients range from small residential to major commercial borrowers. Sandi currently serves on the board of Congregation Kesher Israel in Center City. She previously served as president of the board of the Rittenhouse Plaza and has served on several other boards and committees. Her interests involve a variety of money-related matters, travel, theater and her two beautiful grandchildren.

Stephen founded, with his family, Burlington Coat Factory in 1973. With 200 Million in sales, the company went public in June of 1983 and raised over 120 Million. His family retained a 62% share in the company which they sold to Bian Capital for 2.03 Billion Dollars in April of 2006. Stephen Graduated from Boston University and currently sits on the board of directors at Abrams Hebrew Academy. He is currently married with 2 children.

Dr. Steven Rosenberg, Ph.D. was born in Philadelphia in 1947. He did his undergraduate work at Temple University before receiving his doctorate from Southwest University. During the course of his subsequent career as a teacher, psychotherapist and hypnotist, he has helped tens of thousands of people quit smoking. Every November he conducts a mass smoke-out. Dr. Rosenberg has been the team psychotherapist of The Philadelphia Flyers hockey team and a consultant for the "Perspective" television series. He was the recipient of the Selah Award and was inducted into the Hypnosis Hall of Fame. He was also voted Cambridge's Man of the Year 1994 and was listed in Who's Who in the East in 1993-94. Since 1997 Dr. Rosenberg, has published, "I Hope the Hell I Win! Turning Hope Into Reality ... How Winners Win!" plus a number of self-help audio tapes ranging from weight loss to building self-esteem.
