- Fax/email complete Commercial Loan Application, Credit Report, PSB Submission form and all supporting documents.
- In 24-48 hours, we’ll send you a credit decision which includes a Term Sheet, GFE, disclosures, Credit Card Authorization form.
- Borrower accepts the terms by signing and returning Term Sheet to PSB with $299 Application Fee, Appraisal fee & Signed Disclosures.
- PSB conducts 5 minute interview directly with borrower and orders title/appraisal.
- Upon receipt of final docs, loan goes to Underwriting for Final Approval.
- Close your loan 48 hours later.
