- We will discuss your situation and walk you through our Commercial Loan Application.
- In 24-48 hours, we’ll send you a credit decision which includes a Term Sheet, GFE, disclosures, Credit Card Authorization form.
- You accept the terms by signing and returning Term Sheet to PSB with Application Fee, Appraisal fee & Signed Disclosures.
- PSB orders title/appraisal and gives you a list of all Required Documents
- Upon receipt of final docs, loan goes to Underwriting for Final Approval.
- Close your loan 48 hours later.
