Confidentiality and Security of non-public Personal Information
In accordance with federal law, it shall be our objective to:
- Protect the privacy and confidentiality of non-public personal information held by the bank.
- Properly and safely dispose of any credit or other non-public information held by the bank, in accordance with the FACT Act.
- Maintain a privacy policy at Public Savings Bank and its affiliates, and to distribute an appropriate notice concerning this policy to new customers.
- To re-distribute this privacy notice to our customers at least annually, or as dictated by federal law, to our existing customers at that time.
We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your non-public personal information.
Non-public Personal Information We Collect. We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms
- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, and
- Information we receive form consumer reporting agencies
Non-public Personal Information We Disclose. We do not disclose nor do we reserve the right to disclose, any non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except to other affiliated or nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.
Notify Us of Inaccurate Information We Report to Consumer Reporting Agencies. Please notify us if we report any inaccurate information about your account(s) to a consumer reporting agency. Your written notices describing the specific inaccuracy should be sent to us at the following address:
