Jack Miller, Chairman, Interim CEO and President

Jack is a results-driven, entrepreneurial CEO with a lifetime history of lending and real estate investing; he is committed to building a great company. He began in 1989 as residential mortgage broker, became a mortgage banker, employing as many as 65 people, licensed in 20 states with 5 locations. In 2000, Gelt Business Credit opened as a direct lender specializing in commercial and investor mortgages. Jack has a vast amount of experience investing and developing residential, commercial and industrial real estate.

 

Uri Shoham, Chief Financial Officer

He is one of the founding members of the Sigma Funding Group LLC and of Gelt Properties LLC and of the Company (The Gelt-Sigma Group) in 1998. Prior to joining the Gelt Sigma Group, between 1967- 1998, Uri has served as CFO for several companies in the United States and Israel. Uri had graduated from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel with a diploma in Accounting and Auditing. Mr. Shoham is a certified Public Accountant in both Israel and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Uri served in the Israeli Military from 1960-1963 and moved with his family to the United States in November, 1977.

 

Bob Wexler, Executive Vice President

Bob brings 20 years of lending experience to Public Savings Bank. He has profound knowledge in credit risk management, capital market management and mortgage technology. From 1994 to 2008, he was responsible for the growth and daily operation of a large residential mortgage banking firm. In this executive management position, he contributed to bottom line corporate growth by developing new business channels, creating new lending products and directing corporate technology initiatives. He has extensive knowledge in originating and managing risk for mortgage products. Bob graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1989 with a BS degree in Economics. He loves a fast paced, entrepreneurial work environment.

 

Jo'Ann Washington, Chief Credit Officer

Jo'Ann Washington holds the position of Chief Credit Officer for Public Savings Bank and has been with the organization since 2004. Jo'Ann has over 20 years experience in residential mortgage, small business, commercial and corporate lending and has had progressively rising levels of responsibilities and positions. She has worked for such companies as CIT Financial Corporation, Great Western Bank, Advanta Mortgage and American Business Credit.
As Chief Credit Officer for the bank, Jo'Ann is responsible for overseeing activities which include: commercial loan operations, credit risk management and collateral risk mitigation with an emphasis on credit administration and commercial lending. Jo'Ann attended Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York and resides in Pennsylvania with her husband and two daughters. She sits on the board of directors of Gelt Holdings, Inc. the parent company of Public Savings Bank and is a member of the Risk Management Association (RMA).

 

Jon Zeitz, Vice President, Wholesale Commercial Lending

Jon Zeitz joined Public Savings Bank as the Vice President of Wholesale Commercial Lending in early 2006. He graduated with a Marketing degree from The Pennsylvania State University and began working for Gelt Financial Corporation in 1991. Jon was promoted to National Sales Manager and managed multiple branches. In 1998 he left Gelt Financial Corporation to become President and CEO of The Mortgage Factory, Inc., a mortgage brokerage, and Apex Abstract Inc, a title insurance company. Jon currently lives in Jenkintown, PA with his wife Jennifer and daughter Lilah.

 

Janina Jaskiewicz, Branch Manager

Janina E. Jaskiewicz graduated from Holy Family University in 1991. After almost twenty-one years of banking experience, which included managing a branch for fourteen years at Polonia Bank in Philadelphia, she has join Public Savings Bank in April of 2007. Aside from running the daily operations of the branch, she is taking an active part in numerous aspects of helping Public Savings becoming a future business Bank. Currently, Janina resides in Huntingdon Valley with her husband Teofil and their two children Phillip and Celia.
