Jack Miller, President and CEO
A results-oriented CEO with an extensive history as an entrepreneur in Lending and Real Estate investing, Jack has served as President and CEO of Public Savings Bank since its acquisition in 2006. Jack led efforts to obtain regulatory approval for the acquisition of Public Savings Bank. He also drove the initial and subsequent capital offerings for Public Savings Bank. Jack has over twenty years experience as a private portfolio lender in market cycles of varying volatility. He is driven by visionary ideas for new product lines with great potential such as secured credit cards and electronic business banking.
Jason Waksman, CPA, Executive Vice President & CFO
Focused on corporate governance and organizational development, Jason was named the CFO of Public Savings Bank in 2010 after serving in a similar capacity at the Gelt Group of Companies since 2006. Prior to joining Gelt, Jason spent twenty years in senior finance and operations roles for an international insurance broker and subsequently an insurance wholesaler. Jason obtained his Bachelors Degree from Temple University and his Masters in Business Administration from LaSalle University. Jason is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA's, American Institute of CPA's and Society of Human Resources Management. He also serves on and has served on various non-profit boards.
Bob Wexler, Executive Vice President
Bob brings 20 years of credit and lending experience to Public Savings Bank. He has profound knowledge in credit risk management, strategic planning and lending technology. Bob contributes to the bottom line corporate growth by developing and managing new business channels including credit cards and cash management. Bob graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1989. He loves a fast paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
Ari Miller, Executive Vice President
Ari joined Public Savings Bank in 2009 as the Executive Vice President in charge of lending, collections, legal and asset management. Prior to joining Public, Ari was the head of production for Gelt Financial's Mortgage and Finance Business where he managed the loan origination; underwriting departments. Ari is a graduate of Temple University.
Jo'Ann Washington, Chief Credit Officer
The Chief Credit Officer for Public Savings Bank since its acquisition in 2006, Jo'Ann has over 20 years experience in residential mortgage, small business, commercial and corporate lending at financial institutions. As Chief Credit Officer for the bank, Jo'Ann oversees commercial loan operations, credit risk management and collateral risk mitigation with an emphasis on credit administration and commercial lending. Jo'Ann attended Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. She sits on the board of directors of Gelt Financial and is a member of the Risk Management Association (RMA).
Jeff Barton, Director of Operations
Jeff joined Public Savings Bank in 2010, with over twenty years experience building internal controls, policies and procedures. He began his career as a teller moved up to become Operations Manager, responsible for operations, facilities, banking security and compliance. He then served for four years as the Director of Operations where he ran daily operations and IT operations. Jeff joined to Public Savings Bank in January. At Public he oversees daily banking operations and is charged with reinforcing Publics internal controls.
